Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily Sales Support Across E-Commerce Platforms
Support sales execution on key platforms — Kaspi, Halyk Market, ForteMarket, Wildberries (WB), and OZON — by maintaining accurate listings, monitoring sales performance, and assisting in achieving channel targets.
2. Partner Communication & Operational Coordination
Handle daily communication with marketplace managers, resolve basic operational questions (stocks, prices, content, delivery settings), and ensure timely updates within each platform.
3. Assortment, Pricing Updates & Operational Costing Support
Maintain up-to-date assortment and pricing; assist in preparing basic margin, commission, logistics, and promo cost calculations under the guidance of the e-commerce manager.
4. Product Packaging & Marketplace Requirements Compliance
Ensure products meet packaging and listing requirements for each platform; coordinate with internal teams to update information when needed.
5. Content Creation & Product Card Management
Create and update product cards, write descriptions and specifications, upload visuals, and coordinate with designers to produce required images or banners.
6. Competitive Monitoring & Market Tracking
Conduct regular competitor checks (pricing, promo, content quality, assortment) and prepare short reports with findings and suggestions.
7. Reporting, Analytics & Forecasting Support
Prepare weekly and monthly reports; collect and structure data; assist with basic analytics and sales forecasting tasks.
8. Customer Insight & Feedback Monitoring
Track reviews, ratings, Q&A on platforms; identify common customer issues; share improvement suggestions with the team.
9. Initiative & Improvement Proposals
Proactively provide ideas on how to improve product presentation, platform visibility, promotions, and customer experience.
10. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work with marketing, designers, supply chain, and finance teams to support campaigns, product launches, and operational processes.
