Maintain awareness of the Company’s Quality Policy and support long-term value creation through client and market activities.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities; provide basic market insights.
Support client identification, outreach, and relationship building; assist in arranging and following up on client meetings.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, potential customers, and key industry partners.
Represent ILF at exhibitions and industry events to enhance company visibility.
Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and strategic partners.
Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Assist in cost estimations and proposal quality reviews.
Prepare draft contracts (when required) and support contract review together with senior management or legal advisers.
Liaise with marketing, and management teams to align strategies and ensure successful execution of initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and performance metrics.
Support business-related discussions by preparing required documents and maintaining confidentiality.
Participate in marketing activities and maintain professional knowledge through continuous learning.

Qualification

Relevant experience in business development is essential, with entry-level roles requiring 2+ years
Support strategic and business development initiatives; identify new opportunities.
Understand basic technical terms, EPC project phases, and compliance requirements.
Recognize needed updates in documentation based on client requirements.
Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of CAD/DB systems is a plus.
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
Strong communication and persuasive skills; effective team player.
Client-focused and responsive to client needs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering. Master’s degree preferred

Language skills: Russian and English are mandatory – Kazakh is advantageous
