Knowledge of the Company quality policy. Organization of accounting of economic and financial activity and control over the economical use of material, labor and financial resources, the safety of the property of the Company. Formation of the accounting policy in accordance with the laws on accounting, proceeding from the structure andpeculiarities of activity of the Company, the need to ensure its financial stability.
Leading the work on the preparation and adoption of the chart of accounts, forms of primary accounting documentsused for the registration of business transactions which there are no standard forms for, development of forms for
internal accounting documents, as well as ensuring the procedure for stock-taking, control over business transactions, compliance with the technology of accounting information processing and document turnover procedure.

of full and trustworthy accounting information about the Company activity, its property status, income and expenses,
as well as the development and implementation of measures aimed at the strengthening of financial discipline.
estimates of the cost of products, works (services) performed, payroll calculations, correct calculation and transfer of taxes and fees, insurance contributions to state non-budgetary social funds, payments to banking institutions, funds for financing capital investments, repayment of debts to banks on loans in due time, as well as the deduction of funds for material incentives for the employees of the Company.
Control over the compliance with the procedure of registration of the primary and accounting documents, calculations and payment obligations, wage fund expenses, establishment of official salaries of the Company employees, stocktaking of fixed assets, inventory items and cash, checks of organization of accounting and reporting, as well as documentary inspections in the subdivisions of the Company. Accounting for currency transactions, support of foreign economic transactions Participation in the economic analysis of the economic and financial activities of the Company according to the ac-counting and reporting data in order to identify internal reserves, eliminate losses and overhead costs.
Taking of measures to prevent shortages, illegal spending of money and inventory, violations of financial and economic laws. Participation in the preparation of materials on shortages and theft of funds and inventories, control of the transfer, if necessary, of these materials to investigative and judicial authorities. Taking of measures to accumulate funds to ensure the financial stability of the Company. Interaction with the banks on the placement of free financial resources on bank deposits (certificates) and acquisition of highly liquid government securities, control over accounting transactions with deposit and credit agreements, securities. Working to ensure strict observance of staff, financial and cash discipline, estimates of administrative and economic and other expenses, the legality of writing off shortages, receivables and other losses from the accounts, safety of accounting documents, registration and filing thereof in the archive as per the specified procedure. Participation in the development and implementation of rational planning and accounting documentation, progressiveforms and methods of accounting based on the use of modern computer technologies.
Ensuring of the preparation of a balance sheet and operational consolidated reports on income and expenditure of funds, using of the budget, other accounting and statistical reporting, and submission thereof to the respective authorities as per the specified procedure. Provision of methodological assistance to the employees of the Company’s divisions on accounting, control, reportingand economic analysis.
Supervise accounting department employees. In the absence of legal services in the Company, directly perform this function.Qualification
Knowledge of the following: accounting laws; decisions, decrees, orders, other guidance, methodological and regulatory materials of higher, financial and controland audit authorities;
on the organization of accounting and reporting, as well as on the economic and financial activities of the Company; civil law, financial, tax, currency and business laws; Customs Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan; fundamentals of laws on pension provision; Company’s structure, strategy and development prospects; provisions and instructions on the organization of the Company’s accounting and the rules for accounting; way the operations are documented and the organization of document flow in the accounting areas; forms and procedure for financial settlements; methods of economic analysis of economic and financial activities of the Company, identification of intra-economicreserves;
procedure for the acceptance, posting, storage and spending of funds, inventory and other valuables; rules for the settlements with debtors and creditors; terms of taxation for legal entities and individuals; procedure for writing off shortages, accounts receivable and other losses from the accounts; rules of conducting an inventory of cash and supplies; procedure and terms for drawing up balance sheets and reports; modern computer technologies and the possibility using thereof for performing accounting and computing work andanalysing the production, economic and financial activities of the Company:
advanced domestic and foreign experience in the improvement of the organization of accounting; economy, organization of production, labor and management; basics of production technology; market methods of management: labor laws; rules and regulations of labor protection.Education: Bachelor degree is minimum requirement. Master degree preferred
Language skills: Russian and English are mandatory.
