Job Title: Reporting Accountant (Kazakhstan & Kyrgyzstan)

Company Overview:
We are a forward-thinking international organization operating across Central Asia. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reporting Accountant to support our financial operations in Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. This is a key role responsible for timely financial reporting, reconciliations, and supporting audits and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings in line with corporate deadlines (excluding payroll and tax inputs).

• Prepare and deliver accurate financial and management reporting for Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan entities.

• Perform monthly reconciliations of all relevant accounts, including reconciliations between ERP systems (1C and BPCS), resolving any deviations.

• Conduct quarterly and ad-hoc reconciliations of revenue between ERP systems and customer records.

• Collect, validate, and consolidate accounting data for internal and external reporting.

• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations.

• Contribute to projects involving the implementation of new ERP features (e.g., virtual warehouse, IS ESF, tax reconciliations).

Qualifications:

• Higher education in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

• Solid knowledge of IFRS.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in international companies.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.

• Experience with ERP systems (1C & BPCS preferred).

• Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.

• Language skills: Russian and English – required.
