Hero’s Journey is a tech-powered fitness brand designed to help people train more consistently, enjoy the experience, and feel real progress. We combine a mobile app, a proprietary training methodology, and a growing network of fitness clubs.
We’re actively scaling, launching our franchise model, and preparing for international expansion. Now we’re looking for a Chief of Operations to build a high-performance operational system across our clubs and ensure every location meets our brand’s service standards.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations across all gyms: service quality, cleanliness, equipment maintenance, scheduling, and front-desk operations.
Leading and coordinating all service managers: training, performance oversight, and process standardization.
Ensuring stable, consistent operations at each location — from client experience to facility management.
Managing client feedback and driving service improvements
Supervising our franchise clubs:
Supporting the launch of new gyms: opening processes, staff ramp-up, local adaptation of standards
