Your day-to-day:
- Provide insights on industry development, market trends and business performance in Kazakhstan and Central Asia markets to support management decisions;
- Serve as Finance lead in regular market demand working sessions including IBP (Integrated Business Planning) process ensuring updates in business strategy and financial impacts;
- Develop financial models to evaluate performance scenarios and support strategic decision making;
- Conduct scenario modelling to evaluate financial impacts of changing market conditions, enabling proactive risk management and strategic planning;
- Participate as Finance representative in business projects and carry out financial assessment of projects’ deliverables;
- Support business stakeholders with financial analysis of key strategic projects;
- Actively participate in preparation of rolling forecasts and budget cycles, align on key assumptions with business stakeholders as well as support in preparation of executive presentations.
Who we're looking for:
- A higher education degree in business analytics, finance, economics, or accounting;
- Minimum of 3-yearear experience in Financial/business planning or сontrolling, experience in a multinational or FMCG companies would be a plus;
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong numerical and data modelling skills;
- Fluency in English – advanced written and verbal communications skills;
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling;
- A confident communicator who is able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
