Full cycle of HR support for Almaty Global Supply Chain employees (Factory). The scope includes employee performance, end-to-end career management, and implementation of all organizational design changes. Provides coaching and guidance to managers on headcount planning, resolution of employee relations and management issues, employee and organization development, employment, and compensation practices. In close collaboration with HR subdivisions, ensures an effective local implementation of strategic HR initiatives in the business unit.
