We are looking for a specialist ready to work in a dynamic project environment and support legal aspects of construction and real estate development.

Requirements:

• English upper-intermediate (B2) or higher (mandatory);

• Minimum 5 years of experience in development, construction, real estate, or in large commercial/international companies;

• Strong expertise in contract and corporate law;

• Experience supporting real estate and land transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Legal support of development projects (land, design, construction, commissioning);

• Contract work (drafting, review, negotiation);

• Corporate legal support (registration, restructuring, documentation);

• Interaction with state authorities and representation of the company when required.
