Assystem is supporting the development of Kazakhstan’s first Large Nuclear Power Plant (KNPP) and is seeking a proactive Office Assistant to join our newly established office in Astana. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing direct support to the General Director, and assisting with various administrative and HR-related activities.
• Manage and follow up on official correspondence with public institutions, ministries, and banks.
• Support the General Director in daily administrative tasks and communication.
• Handle routine procedural and documentation processes related to company operations.
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including document preparation, record keeping, and coordination of internal processes.
• Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and internal/external communications.
• Maintain office supplies, records, and ensure compliance with internal administrative standards.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian is preffered.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to work.
