Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing departmental events.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
Maintain and update department files, records, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare and format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
Assist in coordinating projects, tracking deadlines, and following up on action items.
Support the procurement of office supplies and manage inventory within the department.
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for department staff.
Liaise between department staff and other company teams or external partners.
Assist in onboarding new department employees by coordinating orientation schedules and documentation.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support department goals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably within a similar department.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with department-specific software or tools (e.g., CRM, project management tools).
