About the Role:
As an HR Leader, you will be accountable for fostering a thriving, people-centric culture while ensuring seamless HR operations and talent acquisition. Your key responsibilities include:
What you’ll be responsible for:
1. Employee Well-being & Engagement
✅ 95% of employees report feeling supported and valued in quarterly engagement surveys.
✅ Proactively resolve 95% of internal conflicts.
✅ Regular 1:1 check-ins with employees, ensuring all team members have at least one meaningful check-in per quarter.
✅ Employee retention rate is maintained or improved in the first 6-12 months.
2. HR Operations & Processes
✅ Smooth onboarding process that gets new hires productive within the first 7-14 days
✅ Complete and document HR policies, including onboarding, offboarding, salary review, and performance management, within the first 90 days.
✅ 100% compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies (contracts, benefits, payroll, etc.).
✅ Firing & offboarding processes executed professionally with structured exit interviews leading to a 90%+ completion rate for feedback collection.
3. Leadership & Business Impact
✅ Establish HR as a strategic function that contributes to leadership decisions, with at least one major HR initiative successfully implemented per quarter.
✅ Build a scalable HR structure that allows for company growth without HR bottlenecks.
✅ Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, ensuring HR decisions align with both business needs and employee well-being.
How the HR Leader is Measured:
Employee engagement & retention rates (Survey scores, turnover %).
HR process efficiency (Time-to-onboard, % of HR tasks automated or optimized).
Hiring success rate (Quality of hires, time-to-hire, first-year retention).
Compliance & policy execution (Documentation, legal compliance).
Leadership impact (HR-driven initiatives that improve company culture).
