As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that support firm's growth objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and thought leadership initiatives on a global scale. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of marketing trends and the consulting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple markets to support business growth.
• Manage and optimize global marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, events, and social media.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with local market needs and objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry.
• Proven track record of successful lead generation and brand building across international markets.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
