Job Purpose
The People & Culture Partner works collaboratively with Operations and Functional teams to drive strategy realization & business results through people. In this role, the People & Culture Partner will develop and leverage competencies in strategic HR and business knowledge to identify opportunities, develop solutions and strategies, and ensure results and business impact. The People & Culture Partner need to remain informed of country legislation and competitive practices, ensuring the company’s policies and programs conform to laws and regulations that are designed to attract and retain employees.
