Job Purpose

The People & Culture Partner works collaboratively with Operations and Functional teams to drive strategy realization & business results through people. In this role, the People & Culture Partner will develop and leverage competencies in strategic HR and business knowledge to identify opportunities, develop solutions and strategies, and ensure results and business impact. The People & Culture Partner need to remain informed of country legislation and competitive practices, ensuring the company’s policies and programs conform to laws and regulations that are designed to attract and retain employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management: Implementation of HR Strategy to build capability, performance, and engagement across all functions
• Training, Learning & Talent Development: Build a culture of continuous learning and career growth.
• Workforce Planning & Performance Management: Ensure an optimized workforce structure, enabling high performance and efficiency.
• Internal Communication & Speak-Up Culture: Promote transparency, trust, and open communication across the market.
• Employee Engagement & Experience enhancement: Foster a positive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction.
• Employee Engagement activities: Organize impactful HR events to strengthen team collaboration and company culture.
• Corporate Social Responsibility: Drive CSR initiatives that align with company values and drive employee participation.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related business field
• 5+ years’ experience with proven experience in HR in QSR, FMCG, Retail or Industrial international companies
