We are looking for Integration Business Analyst into the Integration and Migration Business Analysis team that will be responsible for solving complex tasks of eliciting business needs and defining solution options, by doing so in close collaboration with the client and the team.

Integration Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Participating in the business analysis stage of enterprise business-transformation projects to elicit real needs and define possible solution;
• Collecting, analyzing requirements;
• Development of functional and technical designs;
• Improvement and support of the existing integration solution from the requirement management perspective;
• Work with Developers, Business Analyst and Quality Assurance teams to improve integration solution;
• Identifying of functional gaps in product's requirements and designs;
• 3rd party support for the current solution:
• Facilitate project scoping and determination of solution approaches.

Qualification:

• Experience in collecting and processing requirements and use cases;
• Experience in communicating with customers/contractors;
• Work experience in a telco-related company is highly desirable;
• Web Services (SOAP, REST, gRPC) implementation experience is a significant asset;
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills (oral and writing, face-to-face and on-line);
• Familiarity with UML;
• Familiarity with cloud technologies;
• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira;
• Experienced user of office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio);
• Willingness to travel and work on-site;
• Solid technical English verbal/writing skills.
