As our System Analyst in CIO Advisory, you will:
- Business Analysis: Analyze client business needs and identify technological solutions to meet their requirements.
- Requirement Documentation: Collect data and prepare detailed digital product requirements and functional specification documents.
- Project Support: Assist project teams during the analysis and planning phases of software development.
- Research and Benchmarking: Conduct research, benchmark technology solutions, and analyze KPIs to help clients enhance business efficiency.
- Presentations: Present key findings, research results, and digital product solutions to stakeholders.
You’re the perfect match for this role if you:
- Have 3+ years of experience in IT.
- Possess expertise in creating business and technical documentation, including use cases, user stories, process diagrams (BPMN, UML), and wireframes.
- Understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT operations, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Are familiar with system integration, APIs, and data flows in complex IT environments.
- Have experience in requirements elicitation, validation, and prioritization.
- Possess knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF, ITIL, or Zachman.
- Have proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and SQL.
- Are experienced with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with database management and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, Lean Six Sigma, or ITIL 4 Specialist are highly desirable.
