Requirements:

Min 7-10 years in a senior role ideally franchise operation of a globally recognize retail brand.

Strong team-orientation and therefore the ability to advance complex projects by collaborating closely and effectively with colleagues.

Proven leader of multidisciplinary teams that spurs high performing team to accomplish even greater achievements through clever delegation and exposing junior staff to senior decision-makers.

The qualifications for a career as a senior manager of retail operations are a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field and at least five years of experience as a store or regional manager or retail purchaser. Must be able to manage a large retail workforce in different cities.

Fluent in English.

Good Numerical/ analytical Skills.

Responsibilities:

• Set, agree, and deliver Business Plans with focus on sales, cost control, people, and maximizing profit.
• Develop operation plans to support the business functions and help to increase productivity level of store operations. Review the business financial performance.
• Develop the business continuity strategies, policies, and plans.
• Manage the crisis situations as well as the risk across the business units.
• Set, and provide guidance towards the achievement of the highest operational standards and customer service, considering the cultural and legal differences.
• Manage day-to-day retail operations, analyze store budgets, provide guidance and direction to the managers, and maintain inventory to keep stores well-stocked.
• Keep the customer and partner satisfaction level as desired. Promote customer loyalty with excellent service.
• Continuously review operational procedures and business practices to achieve the highest standards in operational efficiencies.
• Work closely with L&D and HR on recruit, interview, assessment and training strategies of store employees and management to work in stores. Create a competent field management team. Select the right and skilled managers. Making sure the field operations are managed well, and continuously work on their training and development.
• Ensure identification of training requirements within core and specialty Businesses and ensure that succession plans are delivered within these business areas
• Set, develop, and provide strategic direction, policies, and goals for specialty businesses with focus on growth, expansion, people, setting up required infrastructure, and ensuring that returns on investment goals have been met.
• Work closely to Commercial department to increase sales through new sales channels and making sure the excellent operational execution of the non-store sales is in line with the company goals. Set strategies to increase the performance of home delivery store sales.
• Identify and execute all other incremental sales opportunities through store operations. Such as carhop, second service etc.
• Work closely to Marketing and SCO departments for purchase plans for upcoming seasons to make suggestions about items that should be stocked in stores.
• Identify market opportunities that will enhance and ensure a leading position within the individual markets.
• Responsible for targeted store openings, renovations and closings and making sure it’s all managed in the most efficient manner.
