Main accountabilities, responsibilities and deliverables

• Creation of technical descriptions for imported spare parts for certification.
• Preparing documents for customs clearance (translating invoice, packing list, etc.).
• Conducting a tender for the selection of a local supplier for service and product.
• Study the markets of China and India, search and find new suppliers.
• Analyze proposals: identify key deal parameters, check the technical compliance of goods and services offered by suppliers with internal customers, objectively compare offers on all parameters, and choose the most favorable ones.
• Justifiably recommend a supplier for each specific deal for approval by management.
• Signing the purchasing contracts aligned with and approved by regional / global purchasing.
• Placing new orders to suppliers.
• Monitoring the arrival of ordered spare parts to our warehouse.
• Creating a purchasing plan for the month/year.

Required skills and experience / main competencies

• Good understanding of the structure of cars and spare parts
• With engineer background
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with demonstrated experience in the field of Supply Chain Management
• Strong analytical, problem solving & organisational skills
• Fluent English
• Excellent level of computer literacy
