Position overview:

As part of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine External Affairs team, Russia & CIS, Senior Specialist, Patient Engagement & Advocacy, CIS will support implementation of external affairs and patient engagement strategy implementation for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, through:

• Interaction with the patients’ community, implementation of the patient centric projects – patient support programs, patient organisations support, assessing efficacy of the projects, aligning strategies with business needs;
• Bringing patients voice into the company and embedding patient insights in each and every stage of product commercialization through collaboration with relevant functions and leading patients’ voice presence at internal and external events;
• Development and promotion of the patient facing J&J IM channels – www.janssenwithme.kz and social media handles;
• Development and implementation of the patient focused disease awareness / therapeutic area communication strategies, including through interaction with the PR agency within the relevant projects;
• Demonstration of the highest ethical and compliance standards and inclusive behaviors.

Position Requirements:

• Experience level – min 5 years of experience working at the specialist / managerial positions
• Education – higher education degree, journalism, philology, philosophy and other humanitarian sciences preferred
• Fluency in English, both written and oral, impeccable knowledge of the Kazakhstani and Russian languages
• Proven experience in stakeholder management – NGOs, media, etc.
• Project management skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good team player and ability to work autonomously at the same time
• High ethical standards
