The Legal Operations plays a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the legal department. The Legal Operations specialist position is very multifunctional and mainly involves operational and administrative work. 60-70% of the work is budgets, handling with vendors, purchase requests, contracts and budget control.This position is responsible for managing and tracking the legal budget, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with financial and operational procedures. The Legal Operations specialist will collaborate closely with the finance team to align on budget matters and financial reporting, while also negotiating and managing contracts with external legal service providers.
Additionally, the role involves identifying inefficiencies in legal processes, implementing improvements, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge management systems.

Requirements:
Education
Experience
Experience in a legal operations role or a similar operational capacity.
Excellent English communication and collaboration skills (B2 or higher).
Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Understanding of legal principles, practices, and terminology.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
Experience with legal technology software and tools (e.g., contract management systems, e-billing platforms, document automation tools, legal analytics tools).
Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
