Описание

Since 2021, Almaty International Airport has become a part of the Turkish holding company TAV Airports.

TAV Airports provides comprehensive services in all areas of airport operations and is present in 15 airports. TAV Airports Holding, part of the ADP Group (France), is part of the leading global airport management platform.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receive and register purchase requests from initiators
  • Check requests for budget compliance and technical specifications
  • Verify the accuracy of data before procurement procedures
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Department regarding framework contracts and register framework agreements
  • Monitor the execution of deliveries
  • Communicate with suppliers to ensure smooth operations
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Procurement, Warehouse, Finance)
  • Control the execution of contracts
  • Handle claims and complaints with suppliers
  • Define minimum and maximum stock levels in the warehouse
