Responsibilities:

  • VOC Management (KZ & MN)
  • MN VOC Management
  • Risk management
  • Case study
  • СЕO- emails (Part of CRP activity)
  • SO Management
  • Personal Data safety management
  • Customer Retention sales reporting (data collection/analysis)
  • CRP Voucher creation management (monthly basis approvals)
Requirements:
  • Proactive attitude in solving assigned tasks.
  • High level of communication skills
  • Excel skills (data analysis, summary tables, sales simulations)
  • Punctuality and responsibility
