Role Overview: We are looking for a Customer Success Associate (Training Content Creation) who will support the initial creation of training content based on client manuals and SOPs. In this role, you’ll work under the supervision of a more senior customer success colleague to ensure high-quality, engaging training materials are developed efficiently. Your focus will be on content creation rather than customer onboarding or support.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and adapt client manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs) into interactive, easy-to-understand training content.
Develop digital training materials using Scooply’s AI-driven platform.
Collaborate with senior customer success colleagues to refine content and ensure alignment with customer needs.
Review and edit existing content for clarity and engagement.
Provide input on improving the training content development process.

Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, engaging training materials.
Attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidelines.
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
