Responsibilities:

• Verification and confirmation of marketing expenses according to the approved marketing activity plan
• Checking all supporting documents
• Creation and process of payments in the system
• Control and reporting of not closed marketing activities (open items)
• Communication with vendors/customers on open issues regarding closure

Requirements:

• Upper-intermediate English;

• Excellent knowledge of Excel;

• Ability to work under stress;

• Hard skills, numerical thinking;

• Communicative and easy-going.
