Monitor daily flight operations and operational performance
Coordinate with airports, engineering, ground handling, and air navigation services
Manage operational information including weather updates, delays, airport restrictions, and flight status
Support decision-making during operational disruptions and irregular situations
Monitor aircraft readiness and flight schedule execution
Coordinate flight delays, rerouting, cancellations, and schedule adjustments
Maintain operational reports and delay records
Ensure timely communication with internal departments and external stakeholders
Higher education, preferably in Aviation
Minimum 1 year of work experience
Knowledge of airline operations and aviation regulations
Ability to read and interpret METAR and TAF weather reports
Knowledge of AFTN and SITA communication systems is an advantage
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good computer skills (MS Office)
Knowledge of Kazakh and/or Russian languages
English level Intermediate or higher is preferred
