As our Reception Specialist, you will:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk reception.

• Book and manage conference rooms for internal and external meetings.

• Greet and assist visitors.

• Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.

• Assist in organizing and coordinating internal meetings and events.

• Prepare, register, and file various types of documentation.

You’re the perfect match for this role if you:

• Have a higher education degree (preferably in linguistics or management).

• Have at least 6 months of experience in administrative support.

• Are proficient in Kazakh, Russian, and English at an upper-intermediate level.

• Show strong attention to detail, can multitask under pressure, and work well as part of a team.
