Project Manager / Operations Manager (Astana)
Key role in managing processes and projects

We are a fast-growing company working with international markets. Due to expansion, we are looking for a strong Project / Operations Manager who will be able to build processes, coordinate projects, and ensure stable team operations.

This position is for someone who can keep everything under control, respond quickly to changes, and is ready to take responsibility for results.

What you will do:

You will be the link between teams, management, and projects.

Project Management:

• Planning and coordinating ongoing projects.
• Monitoring deadlines, tasks, and results for each project.
• Assigning tasks to the team and controlling their execution.
• Interacting with internal and external project stakeholders (including in English).
• Promptly resolving возникающих problems and bottlenecks.

Operations:

• Building and optimizing business processes.
• Monitoring daily team performance and key KPIs.
• Ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation of all processes.
• Implementing tools to improve efficiency.

Communication & Control:

• Daily communication with management and the team.
• Preparing reports on projects and operations.
• Ensuring compliance with internal regulations and standards.
• Responding quickly to emergency situations and resolving them.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in project management, operations, or related roles.
• Can work in a multitasking environment and prioritize effectively.
• Is structured, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
• Takes ownership and completes tasks to the end.
• Is proactive: does not wait for instructions and suggests solutions.
• Is communicative and able to work with different types of people.
• Has fluent English at C1 level or higher (mandatory requirement - work with international teams and documentation).
• Is ready to be available 24/7 in case of emergency situations.
