Requirements:

• Being responsible for section of engineering drawings of Handover Dossier, i.e. verifying RLMU drawings, consolidating them, stamping, scanning and uploading into IMIS, updating Consolidated Drawing Index, Handover section.
• Verifying and issue red line mark-up revisions of drawings prior final as-built revision, by document type and discipline, preparing transmittals for them and sending to IMIS DMG for official revision release.
• Scanning and uploading of ITRs into ACS.
• Analyze the completion status of systems/subsystems for handover to pre-commissioning works.
• Ensure systems/subsystems are completed as per the pre-commissioning/commissioning schedule.
• Verify progress updates for certification completion and punch list closeout.
• Ensure inspection and tests are documented according to approved procedures and plans.
• Verify QA/QC discipline dossiers for final handover and ensure proper implementation of the database/spreadsheet for quality inspection and test report tracking.
• Ensure all Completion Database check and test sheets are updated according to the revision of Systems/Sub Systems.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure timely issuance of the discipline acceptance certificate (DAC) for scheduled handover to the Pre-Commissioning team.
• Coordinate relevant walk-downs between the project team for all project phases.
• Prepare MC and RFSU Dossiers, keeping the Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning schedule in mind.
• Ensure punch lists are reviewed by Start-Up Specialists and items are closed out as per the project plan.
• Report to the Commissioning Lead on the progress of certification documents, DAC status, certification status, system punch list items, and other statistics for Mechanical Completion and Ready for Start-Up (RFSU) handover dossiers.
• Follow up on the internal workflow of MC and RFSU Dossiers, ensuring timely approval and transmission to the Contractor.
