Coordinate with the local service manager on order receipt and delivery of spare parts (domestic and international), ensure accounting records match physical inventory in spare parts warehouses, and manage distribution of spare parts orders to other Central Asian countries.

Follow up and handle defective products from clients and end-users.

Ensure timely service and completion of user maintenance work orders.

Higher education diploma (University degree).

Knowledge of Chineese will be a plus.

Strong self-discipline and high sense of responsibility.

Polite demeanor, clear expression, proficient in business communication and documentation.
