The IT Service Desk team at PwC Kazakhstan is supporting employees in using broadly understood IT resources on a daily basis. Our tasks include solving problems related to software and computer hardware and taking care of the proper installation and configuration of equipment. We operate F2F and use the Service Now ticket system. In addition, we regularly collaborate with and learn from our regional and global IT teams.
