Обязанности\Оbligations
Platform and Content Management
- Upload products to Kaspi.kz with accurate categorization
- Manage product cards, variations, and assortment updates
- Control content quality, including product titles, descriptions, technical specifications, images, and compliance with platform standards
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of product card information
- Participate in content optimization in line with SEO principles and e-commerce best practices
Commercial Analysis and Assortment Management
- Monitor stock levels, assortment, and critical inventory thresholds
- Coordinate the e-commerce sample process and cooperate with the studio
- Analyze market prices, benchmark against competitors, and update pricing in the system on time
- Track e-commerce trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to support sales growth
Operational Processes and Logistics
- Monitor the efficiency of marketplace operational processes
- Suggest and implement improvements to increase speed and quality of operations
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams
- Communicate with stores to track timely order picking and fulfillment
- Monitor returns in the system, resolve system-related issues, create return requests, and submit helpdesk tickets when needed
- Quickly resolve issues related to deliveries, stock, and shipments
Customer Experience and Service Quality
- Analyze customer feedback and work on maintaining a high store rating
- Handle incoming customer questions, requests, and complaints in a professional, accurate, and solution-oriented manner
- Contribute to improving user experience and strengthening trust in the brand
Marketing and Local HQ Support
- Support the international HQ marketing team in executing local marketing activities
- Coordinate translation of materials into Kazakh and Russian
- Prepare communication materials for core campaigns initiated by HQ
- Participate in new store opening projects together with the HQ team
- Assist with influencer and brand ambassador communication, including in-store shoot coordination and product selection
- Identify new advertising opportunities across Kazakhstan, especially in major cities, and ensure proper contact with agencies when required
- Conduct regular competitor analysis, especially focusing on competitors located in the same shopping malls
Requirements
▸ Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, marketing, or operational coordination
- Understanding of how marketplaces work and how content, pricing, stock, and service impact sales
- Ability to manage a high volume of tasks and information
- Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
