Описание

DUENDE — креативное агентство полного цикла, работающее в сфере event marketing, PR и brand communications.

Мы реализуем проекты для крупных локальных и международных брендов: dealer conferences, corporate events, marketing campaigns, BTL-активации и special projects.

Сейчас мы усиливаем команду и ищем взрослого, самостоятельного и классного Account/ Project Manager, который любит динамичную среду, умеет держать процессы под контролем и хочет расти внутри сильного агентства вместе с большими проектами и сильной командой.

Работа предполагает участие в проектах на всех этапах — от подготовки предложения до реализации и сопровождения клиента.

Обязанности:

— Ведение проектов агентства совместно с Account Director

— Коммуникация с клиентами, подрядчиками и внутренней командой

— Подготовка таймингов, контроль дедлайнов и координация процессов по проектам

— Работа с проектной документацией, таблицами, сметами и презентациями

— Координация задач внутри команды

— Работа с креативной и продакшн-командой

— Подготовка коммерческих предложений и project materials

— Организация и сопровождение event и marketing-проектов на всех этапах

— Контроль сроков и качества реализации проектов

__ Участие в выездах, монтажах и project coordination при необходимости

— Уверенный пользователь Excel, Word, PowerPoint

— Ответственность, организованность и самостоятельность

— Уважение к срокам, команде и клиентам

— Желание развиваться и строить карьеру в агентской среде

— Знание английского языка будет преимуществом
