Lead Generation / Performance Marketing Specialist

Описание

Kulenkov Group — IT-компания, занимающаяся разработкой сложных digital-продуктов, CRM/ERP-систем, мобильных приложений и автоматизацией бизнеса. Работаем с крупными и средними проектами в Казахстане и за его пределами.

Ищем сильного Lead Generation / Performance Marketing специалиста в команду на full-time в офис.

Что нужно будет делать:

Настраивать и вести рекламные кампании в: Google Ads Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram)

Генерировать лиды для IT-услуг компании

Работать с e-mail маркетингом и cold outreach

Анализировать рекламные показатели и улучшать результаты

Создавать и тестировать гипотезы

Генерировать креативы: картинки короткие видео рекламные тексты промпты для AI-инструментов

Работать с AI-инструментами (например, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Sora/Niji и др.) для создания контента и автоматизации маркетинга

Участвовать в упаковке офферов и маркетинговых материалов

Требования: Практический опыт работы с Google Ads и Meta Ads

Понимание performance-маркетинга и лидогенерации

Опыт в e-mail маркетинге

Умение самостоятельно запускать и оптимизировать рекламные связки

Навык работы с AI-инструментами для генерации контента

Ответственность и высокая вовлеченность Full-time работа в офисе

Желательно понимание IT-сферы или опыт работы с IT-продуктами

Будет плюсом: Опыт продвижения IT-услуг

Навыки работы с LinkedIn Ads

Опыт работы с аналитикой, CRM и автоматизациями

Умение быстро тестировать гипотезы и находить рабочие связки
