Responsibilities:

• Manage category business performance including planning of purchases, sales, and inventory, purchase order management, scenario planning, and participation in business planning and forecasting cycles
• Manage product portfolio including line-up development, product features definition, launch management, and certification processes
• Drive pricing and promotion activities including development of promo calendar, price list management, and performance tracking
• Develop consumer journey and activation activities, contribute to marketing and campaign calendar planning
• Control budgets and performance including ownership of revenue and cost budget, marketing budget, and capital expenditures for retail stores, ensuring profitability and return on investment
• Ensure planning and execution discipline through process development, tracking, continuous improvement, standardization of reporting, and KPI monitoring
• Lead and develop team by defining roles and responsibilities, setting clear deliverables, and supporting employee growth

Requirements:

Professional Skills:

• Strong category and product management expertise
• Experience in pricing and promotion execution
• Understanding of retail dynamics and sell-out drivers
• KPI-driven business management experience
• Experience in process writing and implementation
• Strong financial understanding including revenue, profitability, margins, and return on investment

Computer Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills (dashboards, pivot tables, forecasting models)
• Strong PowerPoint skills for presentations
• Experience with CRM tracking tools
• SAP knowledge

Languages:

• Russian — required
• English — required
• Kazakh — preferred
