Drive the sales operations of short-term rental services, follow and control the entire operation of the rental processes in the offices.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and develop customer loyalty within the assigned locations.
Conduct market research to increase short-term rental customer potential and expand the customer portfolio.
Ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and repaired during the rental period; handle damage-related processes and report them to the headquarters.
Ensure the safety and proper management of the short-term rental fleet.
Prepare and submit regular business reports and competitor analyses related to daily rental operations.
Ensure compliance with all procedures and responsibilities within the integrated management system.
Oversee all sales channels (website, ABG, brokers, etc.) to ensure accurate operations.
Ensure that the condition of returned vehicles is reported to the After Sales Leader and Country Manager.
Develop and manage partnerships to increase sales revenue.
Ensure accurate pricing across different sales channels and implement updates when necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
Minimum 6+ years of experience in sales and marketing, including at least 2 years in a managerial role
Experience in tourism or hospitality is required; people management experience is a must.
Experience in the service sector (rent-a-car, hotel, airlines, etc.) is preferred

Fluency in both written and spoken English
