Current RTM of Unit is organized through distributors. Effective distributor management is mission critical for long term Mars business development. Sales Operations Leader is responsible for sustainable growth of Mars business through creating effective and profitable management processes and cost to serve of distributors within Unit, building effective communications with distributors and Mars sales team and creating effective process of sales strategic priorities control and execution.
