Job Description:
The business area of Rock Processing, part of Sandvik Group, is an industrial frontrunner in screening and crushing equipment for mining and construction. We create productivity driven by technology and our solutions are engineered to deliver the highest performance and automation level in mines, quarries and civil engineering projects.
We are now looking for a structured and adaptable Sales Professional, Central Asia, Turkiye, including other CIS countries, focusing on Rock processing solitions located in Kazakhstan to strengthen and grow our screening and crushing business within respected Territory.
As a Sales Professional you will be part of South Europe, Middle East & CIS Sales Area, with direct business reporting to Territory manager Central Asia& Turkiye. You will be travel extensively in Central Asia, Turkiye and CIS countries up to 70%.
Key responsibilities:
You will have overall responsibility for developing the screening equipment business, including distributor capability building, customer engagement, and sales performance management in the region. You will work closely with customers across Territory to expand Rock processing screening equipment footprint, ensuring that solutions are aligned with customer process requirements and performance targets. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive sustainable growth and long‑term customer
Build deep technical and application knowledge of SRP screening equipment, including customer processes, material characteristics, and operational challenges, to position the right solutions for each application.
Develop sales channels for screening solutions together with distributors, including planning and execution of distributor training programs focused on screening technology, application know‑how, and value selling.
Prepare and deliver sales and technical presentations highlighting SRP screening equipment, services, and digital solutions, clearly linking product features to customer productivity and uptime improvements
Manage regular customer visits, build strong professional relationships at all levels, and act as a trusted advisor on screening process optimization and lifecycle solutions.
Analyse the existing customer portfolio to improve screening equipment performance and aftermarket potential, while identifying new screening opportunities that create added value for both customers and Sandvik
Ensure full compliance with Sandvik safety standards, local regulations, and internal procedures, including incident reporting and legal requirements relevant to screening equipment installations and operations.
Qualifications
University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
7–10 years of experience in sales, service, or project management within a multinational environment, preferably involving screening and crushing equipment, mineral processing, or related technologies.
Solid understanding of commercial terms, contracts, and sales processes in capital equipment and aftermarket business.
Fluent in Russian and English; Turkish and Kazakh languages skills are considered an advantage.
Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with Power BI and Salesforce is a plus.
Strong analytical, planning, and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate screening performance data into clear commercial and technical value propositions
