Lead channel/customer/distributor profitability analysis and drive automation and simplification initiatives
Prepare and validate of NRR plans for Kyrgyzstan & Uzbekistan
Lead the closing process in Kyrgyzstan & Uzbekistan (month-end, year-end, and hard closing periods)
Perform root cause analysis of deviations in D&A vs. weekly, monthly, and annual forecasts
Work on CDA governance policy (updates and standardization)
Drive process standardization (closing, CDA model)
Lead GTM projects in Kyrgyzstan & Uzbekistan from a finance perspective
Ensure timely and accurate data submission
Prepare monthly channel/customer P&L for Kyrgyzstan & Uzbekistan
Support the Sales Finance Manager during forecasting/AOP with ad hoc requests
Support the Sales Finance Manager with post-promo validation
