Описание

A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Kazakhstan is looking for a Finance Manager to support CAPEX and investment projects related to construction, modernization, and development of production facilities.

The role covers the full financial lifecycle of capital projects: from investment evaluation and budgeting to cost control and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial support and control for CAPEX and investment projects

  • Develop and consolidate investment budgets

  • Monitor CAPEX spending and perform plan vs. actual analysis

  • Build financial models for investment initiatives

  • Conduct investment appraisal (NPV, IRR, ROI, payback period)

  • Support construction and production development projects

  • Ensure correct capitalization and cost allocation

  • Prepare management reporting on project financial performance

  • Participate in investment approval processes and committees

  • Partner with Engineering, Production, Procurement and Finance teams

  • Identify and manage financial risks related to capital projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field

  • 4–5+ years of experience in CAPEX controlling / Investment Finance / Project Finance

  • Proven experience supporting construction or manufacturing investment projects

  • Strong financial modeling skills

  • Advanced Excel

  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)

  • Solid understanding of CAPEX project lifecycle

  • Willingness to travel regularly between Almaty and Shymkent

  • Strong communication and business partnering skills
