Position purpose:

To lead the regional controlling function and act as a strategic finance business partner by providing high-quality financial planning, analysis, and decision-support to improve business performance across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the regional controlling team;
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes;
• Prepare and consolidate regional management reporting;
• Monitor budget execution and variance analysis;
• Provide financial business partnering to commercial, production, and functional departments;
• Analyze product, portfolio, and project profitability;
• Support investment evaluation and new product launches;
• Develop controlling processes and financial analytics tools;
• Collaborate with regional and global finance leadership.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting;
• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or FP&A;
• Experience as a Finance Business Partner or Head of Controlling;
• People management experience;
• Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial modeling;
• Understanding of commercial and manufacturing business economics;
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred);
• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
