We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the CEO to join our growing investment team. This is a high-impact role for a trusted partner to the CEO, focused on enabling effective fund growth by translating strategic priorities into clear decisions and coordinated team action. The role is designed to allow the CEO to concentrate on capital raising and fund development, while ensuring that all critical initiatives are well-prepared, aligned across functions, and delivered to tangible results.

Core responsibilities:
1. CEO leverage and prioritization
Structure the CEO’s agenda with a focus on strategic and fundraising priorities.
Prepare the CEO for critical meetings (LPs, Board, Investment Committee), including briefs, analytical materials, and discussion scenarios.
Filter and prioritize incoming requests, framing options and recommendations for decision-making.
2. Strategic Execution & Follow-through
Translate CEO decisions into clear action plans with owners, timelines, and success criteria.
Track execution of key initiatives and proactively escalate risks and blockers.
Support execution discipline without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
3. Cross-functional coordination
Operate at the intersection of investment, legal, finance, operations, and investor relations to close execution gaps.
Align teams around CEO priorities in a high-ambiguity environment.
4. Fundraising & LP Readiness Support
Support the CEO in fundraising through analytics, structured materials, and coordination of team readiness for LP due diligence.
Ensure data, processes, and materials are complete, accurate, and investment-ready.
5. Organizational Effectiveness & Governance Support
Help the CEO establish management rhythms, decision-making processes, and institutional memory.
Participate in organizational design, RACI, and role clarity as the fund scales, together with the People Partner.
Support the CEO in senior team performance management, including review preparation and follow-ups.
Participate in the search and selection of key senior management hires (C-level and critical functions) in close collaboration with the CEO and People Partner.
Coordinate onboarding of senior hires, including structuring the first 90 days, alignment with CEO priorities, and integration into governance and operating rhythms.
Ensure fast and effective adaptation of senior leaders without slowing decision-making.
6. Capital Raising Events & Roadshow Management
Plan and coordinate key fundraising and LP roadshow events, including investor days, LP roundtables, one-on-one LP meetings, and government or institutional investor events.
Ensure CEO and senior team readiness for public and closed-door events: agenda design, speaker coordination, and quality control of presentations.
Synchronize internal teams and external vendors (venues, advisors, communications) for flawless execution.
Track and manage post-roadshow follow-ups, documenting agreements and next steps.
Experience and profile:
5+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, PMO (Project Management Office), investment operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
Experience in investment, financial, or institutional environments (venture capital (VC), fund of funds (FoF), private equity (PE), development institutions).
Strong judgment, ability to operate under uncertainty, and capacity to switch quickly between strategy and execution.
Strong personal fit with the CEO’s pace and scale: proactivity, maturity, calm confidence, and ownership mindset.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
