Your Background at a Glance:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

  • 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain, service operations, inventory management, or logistics

  • Previous team leadership or project management experience is a strong advantage

  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and service parts operations

  • Proven experience managing KPIs and cost control processes

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive operational decisions

  • Advanced Excel skills (reporting, pivot tables, analysis, forecasting)

  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is highly preferred)

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end service parts operations to ensure stable and timely parts availability for service centers
  • Oversee parts supply planning, allocation, and replenishment processes to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Ensure high service level and minimize downtime through effective stock management
  • Own and drive key operational KPIs such as parts availability, inventory turnover, backorder rate, stock, and cost efficiency
  • Coordinate and manage PICs (Persons in Charge) across parts operations and ensure task execution within deadlines
  • Monitor and optimize operational costs related to parts procurement, storage, and distribution
  • Develop and implement parts management strategy aligned with service and business objectives
  • Analyze demand trends and adjust supply plans accordingly
  • Participate in pricing strategy development for service parts, ensuring competitiveness and profitability
  • Identify root causes of stock shortages or excess inventory and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate closely with HQ, logistics, finance, and service center teams to ensure operational alignment
