Описание

Мы — международная компания, специализирующаяся на поставках продукции для салонов красоты. Наша цель — обеспечить профессионалов отрасли качественными товарами и инновационными решениями, которые помогут им развивать бизнес и удовлетворять потребности клиентов. В связи с расширением бизнеса мы ищем талантливого и амбициозного руководителя отдела продаж, готового присоединиться к нашей команде

Обязанности:

  • Разработка и реализация стратегии продаж: Определение целей и ключевых показателей эффективности (KPI), разработка плана действий по их достижению.
  • Управление командой: Набор, обучение и мотивация сотрудников отдела продаж. Формирование сильной команды профессионалов, способной достигать поставленных целей.
  • Анализ рынка: Проведение исследований конкурентной среды, анализ тенденций и потребностей клиентов в сфере бьюти-услуг для оптимизации подходов к продажам.
  • Взаимодействие с клиентами: Установление и поддержание долгосрочных отношений с ключевыми клиентами, проведение переговоров на уровне первых лиц, обучение клиентов по продуктам.
  • Контроль выполнения планов продаж: Мониторинг основных показателей и корректировка стратегии в случае необходимости, анализ результатов работы команды.
  • Составление отчетности: Подготовка регулярных отчетов о результатах работы отдела, выявление сильных и слабых сторон, формирование предложений по улучшению.
