Sales Lead (B2B / International Markets)

Амбициозная компания, объединяющая передовые финансовые технологии и юридическую экспертизу, ищет Senior Sales Manager.

Мы помогаем клиентам ориентироваться в сложном мире финансов и права, предлагая инновационные решения для ведущих отраслей.

Это роль для человека, который не просто закрывает сделки, а строит систему продаж и усиливает команду.

Ключевые обязанности:

- Управление и развитие команды продаж.

- Совмещение личных продаж и менеджмента команды (примерно 50/50).

- Контроль работы с лидами.

- Работа с входящими лидами (около 80% теплых / 20% холодных).

- Развитие и оптимизация процессов холодного поиска и outbound-продаж.

- Работа с LinkedIn SN и другими каналами лидогенерации (приветствуются инициативы и новые инструменты).

- Взаимодействие с юридической командой по вопросам структуры сделок и продуктов.

Требования:

- Опыт в В2В продажах в Fintech/Crypto/Gambling/Legal от 4–5 лет.

- Опыт работы Sales Lead / Senior Sales / Team Lead или готовность брать на себя управленческую роль.

- Умение сочетать личные продажи и управление командой.

- Опыт работы с международными клиентами.

- Понимание и управление sales-воронкой и CRM-процессами.

- Умение анализировать процессы продаж и предлагать улучшения.

- Английский — B2+, русский.

- Сильные коммуникативные навыки и способность завоевывать авторитет в команде.

Будет плюсом:

- Опыт работы с LinkedIn-продажами и outbound-лидогенерацией.

- Опыт в fintech / legal / технологических B2B продуктах.

- Опыт масштабирования команды продаж.

Уcловия:

- Удаленный формат

- График: рабочее время 08:00–17:00 CET

- Оплата: фикс + бонусы

- Формат сотрудничества: crypto (USDC) или B2B
