Job Description

We are looking for someone that naturally gravitates to bringing order to chaos. Someone that is able to keep the wellbeing of an office under control and thriving. Be it negotiating and coordinating with our office vendors, making sure that our office is supplied with anything imaginable and organizing a few events here and there. We're looking for our new Office Administrator.

You will join a dynamic People Team, acting as the go-to person for everything from facility management to planning the legendary Summer and Winter parties. If you are a super-fast learner who loves autonomy and wants to bring "The Ride" to life for our employees, this is the role for you.

Be a point of contact for administrative matters, including managing PEC, processing payments, handling merchandising, and supporting the onboarding of new joiners.Help manage office budgets and supply inventory, ensuring timely orders and cost-efficiency.Coordinate with external vendors for cleaning, catering, Maintenance, IT, Health&Safety and security across all 2 locations, quickly addressing and resolving any facility-related issues.Help planning and execution of major office events, including our massive Summer and Winter parties, as well as leadership summits and conferences.Plan and organize onboarding/welcome packs, regular in-office activities to engage employees, boost office attendance, and cultivate a positive work environment that reflects Glovo’s culture.Be a the local point of contact for volunteering programs, helping our team give back to the community.

Qualifications

Must Have:

Super fast learner with a proactive, "can-do" work attitude. You are autonomous and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and planning skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively under pressure.Hands-on attitude toward office equipment and maintenance.A creative mind with the ability to suggest and implement improvements to the office experience.Advanced level of written and spoken English Native level of written and spoken Russian

Nice to Have:

Working in an international companyPrevious experience in Office Administration, WorkplaceProcurement, Office Management, PA and EAWritten and spoken Kazakh
