The role involves managing the daily operations of a project, offering administrative support to the project team, and ensuring clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. Main tasks include organizing meetings, coordinating team schedules, maintaining project documents, and preparing reports and presentations to track project progress.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project administration or a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to anticipate and resolve issues promptly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Engineering background or familiarity with engineering terminology is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Russian is required
• Fluency in Kazakh is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of engineering processes and technical language is a plus.
  
  What will be your key responsibilities?
• Project Administration:
  Oversee and manage daily project operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time;
  Act as the point of contact for internal and external project communications, including organizing meetings, coordinating calls, and managing schedules for the project team.
• Data and Document Management:
  Maintain and organize internal databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible;
  Administer documentation workflows, including the creation, review, and archiving of project-related documents.
• Team Coordination:
  Provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring effective coordination and collaboration among team members;
  Schedule and manage team meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to track action points.
• Communication Support:

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and summaries for project updates;

Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and external stakeholders when needed.
