We are looking for an Administrator–Translator to join our team and support effective communication with foreign specialists while assisting with the company’s administrative and organizational processes.
- Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support for daily office operations
Coordinate organizational matters and document management
Perform oral and written translation for foreign specialists
Facilitate communication between local staff and international partners
Carry out administrative tasks and assignments from management
- Requirements
Higher education degree
Fluent English or Chinese (advanced level required)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry will be an advantage
