You will be based in our Almaty office as part of the office services team. You will play an integral customer service focused role supporting our Kazakhstan office colleagues in areas of office services, facilities, reception, IT and connectivity. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the experience we provide all visitors and colleagues is exceptional while often acting as the first point of contact for colleagues and leadership.
You will be responsible for driving an array of activities that contribute to the functionality and upkeep of the office including, but not limited to, visitor support, access control, supply ordering, stocking and tidying kitchens, overall site cleanliness, office infrastructure and facility upkeep and renovations, emergency response, green initiatives, mail/package shipping and delivery, travel, binding, translation services and co-organizing client and site-wide event coordination and communications.
You'll also work closely with our ITSA colleague by maintaining IT stock and helping IT to keep IT devices in order. You will be sitting at the front desk/reception, processing incoming internal and external calls, and handling inquiries. You will also help in invoice processing and accounting related data entry for external vendors and support office purchases process. Providing back up to other team members and assistance on other projects assigned by the supervisor is also a key aspect of the position.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to co-lead initiatives for location-wide connectivity and events to continue driving a cohesive office community. This is a hands-on position that requires a balance of being in the building to review all is going smoothly, as well as project management such as supporting and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for the office and our team.
