Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries

Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling or workflow conflicts
Requirements:
Excellent written and spoken English (near-native level)
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar support role is essential
Proven experience with travel planning and itinerary management
Strong calendar management and scheduling skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home workspace
Strong computer skills (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
What We Offer:
Full-time, long-term remote position
Flexible structure with task-based workflow
Stable workload (40 hours per week)
Opportunity to work with international leadership
Professional and supportive remote team environment
