Support the CEO in daily operational and organizational tasks
Structure incoming information (messages, emails, meeting notes) into actionable items
Assist with setting priorities, deadlines, and task follow-up
Coordinate communication with teams across CIS countries
Prepare meetings, record key decisions, and track agreed actions
Maintain simple task and status tracking reports
English & Russian — C1/C2, Native Kazakh
Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Confident user of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive approach
