Описание

Обязанности:
  • Непосредственно участвует в реализации планов Отдела продаж, направленных на организацию сбыта продукции в установленные сроки, в количестве и ассортименте, предусмотренном планом продаж.
  • Определяет и доводит до продавцов индивидуальные планы по продажам, дистрибьюции, привлечению новых клиентов.
  • Контролирует выполнение планов продаж и развития территории.
  • Налаживает взаимовыгодные отношения со стратегическими Клиентами.
  • Периодически сопровождает продавцов при работе на выезде, при необходимости участвует в переговорах с клиентами.
  • Анализирует и контролирует дебиторскую задолженность отдела.
  • Обучает и развивает профессиональные знания и умения сотрудников отдела продаж.
  • Обобщает полученную от сотрудников отдела информацию о ситуации на торговой территории (о конкурентоспособности товаров, о действиях конкурентов, их ценах, товарах, идеях, потребностях клиентов), анализирует ее и доводит до остальных отделов Компании, связанных с продажами.
  • Участвует в разработке и несет ответственность за реализацию программ, направленных на продвижение продукции на вверенной территории.
Требования:
  • Высшее техническое или экономическое образование.
     Опыт работы руководителем в продажах оборудования или инструментов не менее 3-х лет в области B2B.
  • Высокие коммуникативные навыки.
  • Знание иностранных языков приветствуется.
  • Навыки работы в программе 1С, умение работать с офисной оргтехникой.

  • Пятидневная рабочая неделя с 09.00. до 18.00.
